Shipping & Handling Policy
1. Our Collector-First Philosophy
At TCG Collective, we are engineers and collectors first. We understand that a card’s value is tied entirely to its condition. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that the card you see on your screen is the exact condition that arrives at your door.
2. Professional Packaging Standards
We do not use plain white envelopes. Every single raw card is shipped using our “Vault-Secure” method:
- Layer 1: The card is placed in a new, acid-free Penny Sleeve.
- Layer 2: The sleeved card is inserted into a rigid Toploader (or Semi-Rigid Card Saver for grading submissions).
- Layer 3: The toploader is sealed in a waterproof Team Bag to prevent dust or moisture entry.
- Layer 4: The package is sandwiched between two pieces of rigid cardboard to prevent bending during transit.
- Layer 5: The entire assembly is shipped in a Tear-Resistant Bubble Mailer.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During new set releases (Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana), handling may take up to 3 business days.
- Carrier Partners: We primarily utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable tracking from our facility to your doorstep.
- Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email immediately upon shipment.
4. Sealed Product & High-Value Shipments
- Sealed Wax: Booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) are always bubble-wrapped and shipped in double-walled cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings.
- Signature Confirmation: Orders exceeding $250.00 will automatically require a signature upon delivery for your protection and ours.
5. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@tcgcollective.store within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please retain all packaging materials as they are required for insurance claims.
