Refund & Return Policy
1. 7-Day Return Window
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 7 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. Due to the volatile nature of the secondary card market, we cannot accept return requests beyond this window.
2. Condition & Authenticity
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was received:
- Raw Cards: Must be returned in the original sleeve and toploader provided. If a card was sold as “Near Mint,” it must return as “Near Mint.” Any signs of handling, surface scratching, or corner whitening that were not present at the time of sale will void the return.
- Sealed Product: Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and packs must remain factory-sealed. Once the shrink wrap or seal is broken, the item is ineligible for return—no exceptions.
3. Market Volatility & Restocking Fees
The TCG market can change rapidly. For high-value items (over $100.00), a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover market price fluctuations and processing costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened booster packs or individual cards from opened packs.
- “Mystery Boxes” or “Hot Packs.”
- Items explicitly marked as “Damaged” or “Played” in the listing description.
- Digital codes for TCG Live or online platforms.
5. The Return Process
- Request: Email info@tcgcollective.store with your Order Number and a clear photo of the item you wish to return.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service. TCG Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
